Minimally Invasive Surgical Approach for Treatment of Isolated Endometrial Cancer Recurrence in an Ultra-Morbidly Obese Patient

Abstract Herein is reported the first published case of an ultra-morbidly obese woman affected by an isolated pelvic recurrence of endometrial cancer, which was successfully treated via minimally invasive vaginal excision.
