腹腔镜下卵巢打孔术对多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症的治疗效果探讨

目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢打孔术治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症的临床疗效。方法 51例多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症患者,均使用腹腔镜下卵巢打孔术治疗,观察治疗前后性激素水平及术后妊娠成功情况。结果治疗后患者促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)水平(3.12±1.74)IU/L、(9.58±2.38)IU/L、(51.22±3.64)pg/ml均明显低于治疗前(5.42±2.41)IU/L、(17.28±3.14)IU/L、(76.28±4.67)pg/ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。术后6个月,51例患者中有49例妊娠,未妊娠2例,妊娠率为96.08%。结论对于多囊卵巢...

Bibliography: Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic ovarian perforation on polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with infertility. Methods A total of 51 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with infertility all were treated with laparoscopic ovarian perforation, and their sex hormone levels before and after treatment and the success of postoperative pregnancy were observed. Results After treatment, patients had obviously lower luteinizing hormone(LH), follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), estradiol(E2) as(3.12±1.74) IU/L,(9.58±2.38) IU/L and(51.22±3.64) pg/ml than(5.42±2.41) IU/L,(17.28±3.14) IU/L and(76.28±4.67) pg/ml before treatment, and their difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). In postoperative 6 months, there were 49 pregnant cases and 2 non-pregnant cases among 51 cases, with pregnancy rate as 96.08%.
